1. Provider and scope

These terms govern personalized products ordered through the Memotik application from Nowu e.U., Dr.-Natterer-Gasse 2-4/8/R1, 1020 Vienna, Austria, registration no. 654383d, hello@nowu.eu.

2. Orders, prices and payment

You upload your own content, select the product and confirm the order. The final price, applicable VAT, delivery fee and available payment provider are displayed before payment. Memotik does not store payment-card details.

3. Production and delivery

Products are individually manufactured and delivered to the address supplied by the customer. The estimated delivery time is shown during ordering. Delays outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

4. Personalized products and withdrawal

Where permitted by applicable law, the standard withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized once production has begun. Statutory rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

5. Complaints

Report damaged or defective items to hello@nowu.eu with the order details and photographs of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include replacement or refund.

6. Uploaded content

You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant Memotik a limited licence to process and reproduce it solely to fulfil the order and provide support. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and must not upload unlawful or infringing material.

7. Governing law

Austrian law applies without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Contact hello@nowu.eu before starting a dispute.

Az egyedi, személyre szabott termékek megrendelésekor a végső ár, áfa, szállítási díj és fizetési mód a jóváhagyás előtt látható. A gyártás megkezdése után a személyre szabott termékekre a jogszabály által megengedett körben nem alkalmazható a szokásos elállási jog; a hibás vagy sérült termékekre vonatkozó fogyasztói jogok változatlanok.
