The final price, applicable VAT, delivery fee and available payment provider are displayed before payment. Memotik does not store payment-card details.<\/p>\n Products are individually manufactured and delivered to the address supplied by the customer. The estimated delivery time is shown during ordering. Delays outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.<\/p>\n Where permitted by applicable law, the standard withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized once production has begun. Statutory rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.<\/p>\n Report damaged or defective items to hello@nowu.eu with the order details and photographs of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include replacement or refund.<\/p>\n You retain ownership of uploaded content and grant Memotik a limited licence to process and reproduce it solely to fulfil the order and provide support. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and must not upload unlawful or infringing material.<\/p>\n Austrian law applies without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
