Photos and captions uploaded in the Memotik app; delivery details such as name, address, email and optional phone number; order and support information; and essential technical data required to operate and secure the service. Payment-card data is processed by the payment provider presented during checkout and is not stored by Memotik.<\/p>\n

3. Purpose and legal basis<\/h3>\n

We process data to fulfil orders and deliver products (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), protect the service and handle support (Art. 6(1)(f)), and perform marketing only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).<\/p>\n

4. Recipients<\/h3>\n

Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Data is shared only as necessary with contracted payment, production and delivery providers used for the order.<\/p>\n

5. Retention<\/h3>\n

Data is retained only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, security and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Uploaded photos are removed when they are no longer required to fulfil the order, unless the customer asks for continued storage where that option is offered.<\/p>\n

6. Your rights<\/h3>\n

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing hello@nowu.eu. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.<\/p>\n
